From your very first visit, an experienced, dedicated wedding facilitator will always be on hand to assist you, every step of the way. We will work alongside you, helping you plan a wonderful day for you and your guests.

We are a fully licence wedding venue and with a choice of two suites, we can provide you with the finest facilities from a small intimate scale to a full-scale reception. The King Package

Available to book all week

Minimum 50 day & up to 100 evening guests

This is our fabulous all-inclusive Wedding package, and by all-inclusive, we mean all inclusive! It covers just about everything you could fit into your day and it still has plenty of customisable features. You can choose (from a selection), the canapés, the drinks, the menu, the music, the buffet and the decorations!

Licensed Venue…

Both the Black Prince & The Edwards Suites are licensed rooms in which a ceremony can be conducted. A marriage can take place in the Hotel any day of the week between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

Please always contact the hotel to check availability of our Licensed Ceremony Room. If available, your wedding facilitator will book the registrar on your behalf. Please note that Ceremony Fees for the registrar are not included within the prices or packages quoted by Holiday Inn London-Bexley. Ceremony fees can be viewed by visiting:

In order for the hotel to book the registrar, your will be required to fill out a ceremony booking form. Your wedding facilitator will then enter these details into the registration system and the registrars will contact you directly to settle their fees and discuss all of the ceremony arrangements and legal requirements for your ceremony.

Our academy suites

Our main banqueting centre, The Academy, is comprised of The Edwards, The Black Prince suite, The Breakout Area and The Woodstock Room. All of these rooms are adjacent to each other and on your wedding day will all be private for you and your party. You will also have direct access out to the large landscaped gardens and patio.
